Starts Proceed Investment (TYO:8979) has completed the disposition of the trust beneficiary interest in C-67 Proceed Nishikasai, a property located in Edogawa-ku, Tokyo, according to a Wednesday filing with the Tokyo Stock Exchange.

As per the transaction initially signed in April, the property was sold to a domestic business corporation for 1.18 billion yen.

Subsequently, the planned disposition date was shifted to Sept. 24.

The investment firm said the sale was completed today.
