NBTM New Materials (SHA:600114) raised 502.4 million yuan in net proceeds from its private placement of shares, according to a Tuesday after-hours filing with the Shanghai bourse.

The company issued about 21 million shares to 13 investors at 24.51 yuan apiece, with Caitong Fund Management having the largest investment at 122 million yuan.
