Automobile company General Motors on Wednesday launched its Buick brand in South Korea with its mid-size plug-in hybrid sport utility vehicle, Electra E7, according to a same-day press statement.
Buick unveiled the Electra E7 as its first model for Korea.
To promote its foray into the Korean market, Buick is conducting various customer promotions, including pre-orders for the Electra E7 and regional pop-up stores. Starting October 2, pop-up stores will be operated in four regions nationwide.
Buick plans to launch full-scale sales of the Electra E7 from November, with four variants ranging in price from 43 million won to 54 million won.
