South Korea's Fair Trade Commission chief Ju Biung-ghi said that he will "restore justice" following a local court verdict clearing the way for the antitrust watchdog to resume its stalled probe into US-listed e-commerce company Coupang, The South Korea Times reported Tuesday, citing an interview with a radio broadcaster.

The FTC chief ruled that the agency intended to restart its probe over allegations that the company shifted costs of discounts onto its suppliers.

Coupang declined to cooperate with the FTC's initial probe and moved the court to block the inspection by the antitrust agency.
