Tarrina Resources (ASX:TR8) said CEO Gregor Partington will step down on Nov. 11 in accordance with the terms of his service agreement, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.

Partington has made himself available to the mineral exploration company in a technical adviser capacity on an as-needed basis, per the filing.
