Shanghai Fosun Pharmaceutical (SHA:600196) controlled subsidiary Ningbo Fuying and other partners of the Nanjing Fund have agreed to reduce the fund's subscribed but unpaid capital contributions by 433.8 million yuan.

The group's share of the reduction is 266.5 million yuan, according to a Thursday filing with the Shanghai bourse.

Following the reduction, the Nanjing Fund's total subscribed capital will fall to 363.3 million yuan from 797.1 million yuan.
