Treasury yields fell sharply after Labor Department data showed the U.S. economy adding fewer jobs than expected in September.
The 10-year yield was recently down almost one-tenth of a percentage point to 5.15%, while the 2-year yield, which is most senstive to short-term rate expectations, posted a similar move.
