Marsh & McLennan (MRSH) said Friday it has completed its acquisition of Accel, an Iowa-based independent insurance and advisory firm.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The acquisition adds retirement and wealth capabilities to the company's Upper Midwest operations, Marsh said.
