Singapore's private residential property price index rose 1.4% quarter-over-quarter in the third quarter of 2026, accelerating from a 0.5% increase in the previous quarter, according to flash estimates from the Urban Redevelopment Authority released Thursday.
The flash estimate beat the Trading Economics consensus forecast of a 0.3% increase.
Prices of non-landed private residential properties rose 0.9%, compared with a 0.1% decline in the previous quarter.
Prices of landed properties increased by 2.8%, up from 2.5% in the previous quarter. Overall sale transaction volume decreased by about 30% quarter-over-quarter in the third quarter.
