Jiangxi Copper (HKG:0358, SHA:600362) entered into new supply, services, and property leasing agreements with its controlling shareholder, Jiangxi Copper Corporation (JCC), for three years through 2029, according to a Wednesday Hong Kong bourse filing.

JCC will supply copper concentrates, gold, silver and other materials to Jiangxi Copper, while Jiangxi Copper will supply JCC with copper products, lead and zinc materials and other products.

Annual transaction caps for the two supply and services agreements total 17.5 billion yuan and 6.93 billion yuan, respectively, in 2029.

JCC will also lease about 50.42 million square meters of land and properties to Jiangxi Copper for office use at an annual rate of about 195.1 million yuan.
