Rizhao Port (SHA:600017) subsidiary Rizhao Port Container Development incurred tax and late fee payables of up to 75.6 million yuan, according to a Wednesday after-hours filing with the Shanghai bourse.

The payables include 58.5 million yuan in land use taxes and more than 17 million yuan in late penalties, which have all been paid off.
