Autosports Group (ASX:ASG) completed the acquisition of the land and buildings at 158 Melrose Drive, Phillip, in the Australian Capital Territory through its wholly owned subsidiary Prestige Group Holdings, according to an Australian bourse filing on Thursday after market hours.

The acquisition cost AU$16.2 million, excluding stamp duty and other transaction costs, and was financed through existing debt facilities, the filing added.
