TruScreen Group (ASX:TRU, NZE:TRU) said Chief Executive Martin Dillon has resigned from the company for personal reasons, effective Oct. 31, according to a Friday filing on the Australian and New Zealand bourses.

Non-Executive Chairman Tony Ho will assume the roles of executive chairman and interim CEO while the company conducts a search for a new CEO, the filing said.
