InfraBridge, a division of DigitalBridge Group (DBRG), said Wednesday it completed the sale of its 50% stake in Invenergy AMPCI Thermal Power to funds managed by ArcLight Capital Partners.

The portfolio includes 11 power infrastructure assets with about 5.4 GW of generation capacity across North America, InfraBridge said. Invenergy retains its 50% stake and operational role.
