ASE Technology (TPE:3711) unit Universal Global Scientific Industrial approved the acquisition of land and buildings in Nantou County, Taiwan, for NT$884.8 million, according to a Thursday bourse filing.
The property will be acquired from Tsang Yu Industrial and will be used for operational needs.
The acquisition is subject to government approvals, it said.
