Paladin Energy Ltd (ASX:PDN) said that JPMorgan Chase and its affiliates became substantial holders of the firm on Monday after acquiring voting power of 5.87%, according to a Thursday Australian bourse filing.

JPMorgan held 26.4 million ordinary securities of the firm as of Monday.
