ICICI Bank (NSE:ICICIBANK, BOM:532174) allotted 202,836 equity shares with a face value of 2 rupees each under its Employee Stock Option Scheme on Tuesday, according to a same-day exchange filing.

The bank said two executive directors approved the allotment, the filing said.
