Vitrafy Life Sciences (ASX:VFY) said its Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Brent Owens, agreed to relocate to Colorado, and that his employment and remuneration arrangements were revised, according to a Wednesday ASX filing.

Owens will begin employment under a US-based employment contract with the firm's subsidiary, Vitrafy Life Sciences, Inc, with effect from Nov. 1.

The board had determined that the firm's next phase of growth would benefit from the Group CEO role being based permanently in the US.
