H.U. Group (TYO:4544) has completed its 5 billion yen buyback program after its cumulative acquisitions under the resolution totalled 1.48 million shares, according to a Tokyo bourse filing on Monday.
In the final tranche, the company acquired 21,600 common shares for 75.4 million yen between Oct. 1 and Oct. 2, through market purchases on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
Under the original resolution, the company was authorized to repurchase up to 2.5 million shares or 4.5% of total issued shares excluding treasury shares, for up to 5 billion yen between May 15, 2026 and March 31, 2027.
