Yem Chio (TPE:4306) acquired 141,450 shares in TSMC (TPE:2330) for NT$329.8 million, according to a Wednesday filing with the Taiwan Exchange.
The textile manufacturer made the purchases at NT$2,332 per share for investment purposes.
Following the transaction, the company's cumulative holding in TSMC stands at 286,450 shares.
