Disney's (DIS) request for a temporary restraining order to stop the Federal Communications Commission from conducting early license renewal reviews of the media giant's ABC stations will be heard by a judge Tuesday, multiple reports said.
Disney said in legal documents that it is seeking to prevent the FCC from taking any action related to the renewal of eight ABC stations' licenses years earlier than normal.
In its lawsuit against the FCC, which was filed in August, Disney accused the Trump administration of censorship.
The hearing will be overseen by US District Judge Loren Alikhan.
