Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) is pursuing a collaboration with Samsung Electronics in memory and chip manufacturing, multiple outlets reported, citing Chief Executive Lisa Su and an unnamed person familiar with the matter. AMD shares were down more than 1% premarket.
