PDI Gold (ASX:PDI) reports high-grade drilling results at Gobele and Jean deposits at the Kiniero project in Guinea, with 51 drill holes spanning 14,671 meters at depth, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.

Drilling returned 28 meters at 5.87 grams per tonne (g/t) grade of gold from 155 meters, 16 meters at 7.55 g/t grade of gold from 144 meters and 7.1 meters at 2.24 g/t grade of gold from 168 meters, and 28 meters at 1.09 g/t grade of gold from 98 meters and 17 meters at 2.42 g/t grade of gold from 388 meters, the filing said.

Seven diamond drill and two reverse circulation rigs are operational at the project, with further rigs being mobilized, per the filing.

Shares fell past 1% in midday trade Monday.
