Inch Kenneth Kajang Rubber (KLSE:INCKEN) completed the disposal of a 6.03-hectare freehold land parcel in Selangor, Malaysia, for 42.2 million ringgit in cash.

The land was sold to MKH's (KLSE:MKH) unit Serentak Maju, according to a Wednesday filing.

The disposal, initially proposed in April 2025, was completed on Oct. 7, 2026, it said.
