The property company's average selling price for the month was approximately 12,800 yuan per square meter, according to a Thursday bourse filing.

For the nine months ended Sept. 30, contracted sales and GFA reached 6.99 billion yuan and 721,500 square meters, respectively, with an average selling price of 11,400 yuan per square meter.
