XtalPi (HKG:2228) Chairman Wen Shuhao purchased 1.3 million shares of the company for about HK$9.5 million through open-market transactions on Oct. 7, according to a filing with the Hong Kong bourse on Thursday.

Wen intends to further acquire shares, subject to market conditions and his investment plan, the filing said.
