SVRN acquired FastNEAR, a provider of remote procedure call infrastructure for digital wallets.

FastNEAR is now a wholly owned subsidiary of SVRN and its co-founders, Evgeny Kuzyakov and Mike Purvis, have joined SVRN.

Financial terms of the deal weren't disclosed.

SVRN's treasury gives shareholders exposure to NEAR, a fleet of servers with systems operated by FastNEAR. SVRN has expanded its strategies beyond management of digital assets to actively operate the NEAR network.

SVRN intends to invest in FastNEAR's infrastructure and build additional products and services on it.
