UMS Integration (SGX:558) completed the placement of 52.9 million new shares at 8.50 ringgit each, raising about 450 million ringgit, according to a Friday filing.

The placement shares were allotted and issued on Thursday, increasing the company's total issued shares to 941.1 million from 888.2 million.

The new shares are expected to be listed on Bursa Malaysia's Main Market and the Singapore Exchange's Mainboard on or around Oct. 12.
