TRex Bio (TRXB) stock fell over 3% to $13.55 on Friday midday after its Nasdaq debut.

The biotech company priced its initial public offering of around 8.3 million common shares at $14 apiece for gross proceeds of $116.7 million.

The offering is expected to close on Oct. 13, the company said Thursday.
