Zhenro Properties Group (HKG:6158) recorded contracted sales of around 299 million yuan in September, with a gross floor area (GFA) of 15,781 square meters.

The property company's average selling price for the month was approximately 18,900 yuan per square meter, according to a Friday bourse filing with the Hong Kong bourse.

For the nine months ended Sept. 30, contracted sales and GFA reached roughly 3.10 billion yuan and 188,505 square meters, with an average selling price of 16,500 yuan per square meter.
