Former Warner Bros. Discovery CEO David Zaslav will receive about $606 million in proceeds and stock-option payouts from the company's sale to Paramount Skydance, Bloomberg reported Thursday.
Much of Zaslav's compensation came from stock options, while Warner Bros. shareholders received about $31 a share in cash, nearly 25% above the stock's price when it began trading in April 2022, according to Bloomberg.
Other Warner executives, including streaming chief JB Perrette and strategy chief Bruce Campbell, also received significant payouts, Bloomberg said.
