Sunshine Oilsands (HKG:2012) has settled with Chu Wai Man, who filed a winding-up petition order against the company, for an undisclosed amount, according to a Friday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.

The company said the settlement amount excluded legal costs.

Shares were up nearly 12% in Monday midday trading.
