Zhuzhou CRRC Times Electric (HKG:3898, SHA:688187) proposed to distribute a cash dividend of 0.46 yuan per share for the first half, according to a Shanghai bourse filing over the weekend.

The Chinese train manufacturer's Shanghai shares rose 1% during Monday's morning trade.

The dividend will be paid out on Oct. 16 to shareholders of record as of Oct. 15.
