Gemdale Properties and Investment (HKG:0535) recorded contracted sales of around 426 million yuan in September, with a sales area of 44,800 square meters.

The property company's average selling price for the month stood at approximately 9,500 yuan per square meter, a Friday bourse filing showed.

For the nine months ended Sept. 30, contracted sales and sales area stood at roughly 4.83 billion yuan and 399,400 square meters, respectively.
