Zhengwei Group Names Joint Chair

Zhengwei Group Holdings (HKG:2147) named Tu Qiang as its joint chairman effective Friday, a same-day bourse filing showed.

Tu is currently the chairman of South China Digital Industry (Shenzhen) Group and Guoshu Digital Industry (Shenzhen) Group among other roles.
