Japan Display (TYO:6740) has repaid 10 billion yen worth of three borrowings from Ichigo Trust, according to a Tokyo bourse filing on Friday.
The collateralized loans worth 4.5 billion yen, 2.5 billion yen, and 3 billion yen were executed on Nov. 27, 2024; Feb. 27, 2025; and March 28, 2025, respectively.
The repayment is aimed at strengthening the company's financial position and reducing interest expenses.
