Jiangsu Expressway (SHA:600377, HKG:0177) estimated that the annual cap for related-party transactions for the year reached 2.8 million yuan, according to a Thursday filing on the Hong Kong bourse.

The Chinese expressway company's Hong Kong shares rose 3%, while the Shanghai shares increased 2% during the afternoon trade.

The amount included annual rent that totaled 506,300 yuan and ten energy management contracts that amounted to 2.3 million yuan.
