VVardis Holding filed a registration statement with the US Securities and Exchange Commission on Friday for a proposed initial public offering of Class A ordinary shares on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol VVVV.
The Zug, Switzerland-based dental technology company said it would offer new shares alongside additional shares sold by existing shareholders.
VVardis had revenue of $28.6 million and a net loss of $27.8 million in the six months ended June 30, according to the filing.
