JPMorgan (JPM) Asset Management aims to double its assets under management in Europe to $2 trillion over the next five years, the Financial Times reported Sunday.
The growth plan focuses on active exchange-traded funds, alternative investments and partnerships with wealth managers, according to the report.
Patrick Thomson, the unit's EMEA chief executive, said the company sees opportunities in European stocks and bonds, as well as infrastructure investments in energy networks and the energy transition, the report said.
JPMorgan did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' request for comment.
