Nvidia (NVDA) is in talks to acquire US open model start-up Reflection AI, the Financial Times reported Saturday, citing people with direct knowledge of the matter.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

Nvidia has already invested $800 million into Reflection, making it one of the company's largest stakeholders, the report said.

The company was valued at $25 billion in a funding round earlier this year, the report said.

Nvidia and Reflection AI did not immediately reply to MT Newswires' request for comment.
