Neometals (ASX:NMT) said the High Court of Australia refused former employee Christian Gerhard Reiche's application for special leave to appeal in the case of Reiche versus Neometals, with costs awarded to the company for the application, according to an Australian bourse filing on Thursday after market hours.

The company said the outcome would have no impact on its operational or financial guidance and was not expected to materially affect its financial position or ongoing projects, the filing added.
