Orion Minerals (ASX:ORN) said Tembo Capital disposed of its shareholding in the company, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.

Long-time shareholder Thomas Borman and an undisclosed South African institution and recent shareholder acquired Tembo Capital's shares, the filing said.
