1044 GMT - LVMH's results show that demand in China remains under pressure, Equita SIM analyst Paola Carboni says. The French luxury group said that third-quarter sales fell 5% on year at its main fashion and leather goods segment, as a slowdown in Chinese demand weighed on the division's performance. "Newsflow has not been particularly good in China this summer," LVMH's CFO Cecile Cabanis said in an earnings call. To be more constructive on the stock, the analyst awaits signs of improvement in business momentum. The market environment remains uncertain, especially regarding Chinese demand, Carboni writes in a note. Shares drop 1.5%.
