China Zenith Chemical Group (HKG:0362) said the last day for the listing of its shares will be Oct. 16, with the shares cancelled effective 9 a.m. on Oct. 20.

The Hong Kong bourse's Listing Committee decided to cancel the company's listing after it failed to fulfill its resumption guidance by Sept. 16, a Wednesday bourse filing showed.
