ServiceNow (NOW) has held early discussions with AI startup Decagon, which was valued at $4.5 billion earlier this year, Business Insider reported Tuesday, citing people familiar with the matter.

Decagon is also in discussions with other companies and could pursue a new funding round if a deal does not materialize, according to the report.

ServiceNow and Decagon did not immediately reply to a request for comment from MT Newswires.
