Frazier Life Sciences Acquisition Corp. II (FLSC) said Thursday it has closed its initial public offering of 7.5 million Class A ordinary shares at $10 per share.

The shares are listed on Nasdaq and started trading under the ticker FLSC on Wednesday, the blank-check company said.
