IOI Properties (KLSE:IOIPG) said it has signed an underwriting agreement for 165 million offer units, along with IRMSB and MTrustee on behalf of IOIPG Malaysia REIT, according to a Monday Bursa Malaysia filing.

The units are under the public offering and restricted pink form offering, subject to clawback and reallocation provisions.
