Shares of CN Healthy Food Tech Group, halted on Nasdaq more than a year ago, are slated to resume trading on Monday, according to the exchange.
The Oct. 1, 2025, halt was implemented shortly after the Zhuhai, China, distributor of grain-based health foods merged with a special purpose acquisition company.
CN Healthy Food Tech Group said in July that it received a delisting determination letter and would appeal. It said the determination arose from disclosures in a Sept. 30, 2025, securities filing.
