Iambic Therapeutics (IAM) shares surged over 16% after midday Friday, a day after the company made its debut on Nasdaq with an initial public offering of $16 per share.

Intraday trading volume was more than 2.2 million shares, compared with about 2.0 million in the previous day.

City Therapeutics (CTY) said late Thursday it priced its upsized initial offering of about 11.1 million shares at $18 each, raising about $200 million for the clinical-stage company.

Shares climbed up over 16% in their debut on Nasdaq, with intraday trading volume of more than 930,000 shares.

Exascale Labs (XLAB) said Thursday it struck a deal to sell 12 Nvidia (NVDA) HGX B300 GPU servers, together with network equipment and management servers, deployment services and 36 months of IT operation services, to Sunon.

The total contract value for the provision of equipment and services is about $8.2 million, the firm said.

Shares soared 75%, with intraday trading volume rising to over 155.1 million from a daily average of about 540,000.
