Apple announced new and expanded partnerships with US suppliers to produce key components for its iPhone Duo and iPhone 18 Pro models under its American Manufacturing Program, the company said Tuesday.
The company said it will commit up to $100 million over three years to Pennsylvania-based Perryman Co. to supply titanium for the iPhone Duo.
Apple is also expanding its partnership with Qnity Electronics (Q) to produce advanced films for the variable-aperture camera system in the iPhone 18 Pro, it added.
